Club Notes

MEMBERSHIP You must be 21 to join. Members may cancel any time after 4 club shipments. Cancellation must be in writing by email (wineclub@nelloolivo.com) at least 30 days before the next club shipment.

CLUB BENEFITS The active member must be present to receive club benefits and discounts.

BILLING Club wines (plus shipping where applicable) will be billed to member's cards on or soon after the 1st of March, June, September, and December. Members are responsible to notify us ahead of time with changes to credit card, contact, or shipping information.

WINE SHIPMENTS are limited to certain sates and are shipped by least expensive method where possible. Deliveries must be received and signed for by someone 21 or older.

WINE PICK-UPS Please pick up your club wines from our tasting rooms within a few weeks. We will hold them longer but, according to inventory as time goes on, you may not receive the same selection of wines. We will ship pick-up wines to you anytime at your cost, and reserve the right to do so with prior notification after 2 quarters.
