This version of Nello's personal blend, ruby dessert wine is medium dry, with medium-high acidity. Succulent and rich with persistent flavors of ripe red berries, cherries, dried currants, cinnamon, pepper, nutty caramel and cedar. PAIR with rich cheeses, chocolate, caramel, smoky salted nuts. Add to chocolate sauce (or reduce it) to spoon over cake or ice cream.
