Dry, medium body, high acidity, smooth ripe tannins. Gown at 2,400-feet elevation on west-facing slope. Aged in French oak for 20 months. Dark ripe aromas of plum, black cherry, graphite, and spice. Rich and fruity. Long finish. Food friendly Malbec PAIRS with most any dish, poultry, pork, lamb, lean red meat, mushrooms, roasted peppers, gourmet burgers and brats, and especially blue cheese.
