2022 Barbera

It is enjoyed young, tastes great chilled, and makes an easy classy food wine.  Tart yet round and balanced, with aromas and flavors of baked berries, plum, black currant, cedar, oak, cloves, dark red cherry and pepper on the finish.  PAIR with almost any moderately rich dish, pork, poultry, sausages, herbs, risottos, stews, cheese pizza.  Ruby red, dry, medium body, light tannins.
